I don't know if there is some language issues here. But, in France, we aren't speaking currently english, then the major part of french people doesn't speak english.

Well, it 's not the main topic of your intervention i think.

To become a GRIMP trainer, in France you must succeed to the GRIMP 1,2 and 3 trainings.

Citation:

-pas de délai entre IMP1 et 2
-1 an mini entre IMP2 et 3 (+ FOR1)
-pas de délai entre IMP3 et CT ( pas de formation mais FOR2 minimum)

Here it said, that there is some delays between GRIMP trainings
* no delay between level 1 and 2
* at least 1 year between level 2 and 3
* no delay between level 3 and technical consutant level

if you want information about the training contents, say it, i will try to answer.
